What is the return policy?

At LumyHair , for hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, including hair towels and heatless curling kits. However, if a product has a manufacturing defect, does not function correctly, or is not in its original condition upon receipt, a solution may be offered (refund or replacement), provided the purchase was made directly from the official LumyHair website.

Regarding heating devices and accessories, LumyHair offers a 30-day "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" guarantee, valid only for orders placed on its website. Customers are invited to test the products and, if dissatisfied, return them within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging. If a product is incomplete, damaged, or cannot be restocked, no refund will be issued. Exchanges are unfortunately not possible.

Refunds are issued exclusively via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are neither covered nor reimbursed by LumyHair.

After receiving and verifying the returned items, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days .
